Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for return, your product should meet the following:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• Original packaging with all tags and labels,

No Returns

Some items cannot be returned. These include the following:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items

Return Policy:

To Return: Email us at info@blissfulshine.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Instructions: We will respond with the instructions for returning your product together with a return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Package your product securely and ship it back to us with a form of tracking. You are responsible for return shipping on all items, except if your product is faulty or we have shipped you the wrong item.

Refunds:

After we’ve received and processed your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, we will provide your refund, and we’ll apply a credit to your original payment method automatically within 5-10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this period, check your bank account first and then your credit card company. It may take some weeks for your refund actually to be posted.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item for the same but in another size or for another item, you must follow the return procedure above and indicate that you would like an exchange in your request for return.
